The Czech Republic has a strong beer culture with a long history and the Czech beer is indeed famous in many countries. Moreover the beer is still cheap here and there are a lot of interesting places to visit that are related to this delicious drink.

For the 3rd year Prague hosts its beer Festival . Just a few figures about this festival: over 50 Czech beer to taste, 300 boys and girls serving you in traditional costumes, large scale tents with a total capacity of 10 000 people, Czech specialties from some of the best restaurants in Prague. Come and have a beer, fun and food!

Discover below our Beer Package for groups combining different aspects of the beer culture in the Czech Republic. The prices are based on a group of 40 people.
This package can be arranged at any time of the year, however it is a perfect opportunity to combine it with the Beer Festival.

DAY 1
Arrival in Prague airport, welcome by your local guide and transfer by bus to your hotel (check-in usually possible from 3 pm).
In the afternoon, guided tour of the historical centre of Prague: walking tour in the Old Town, Charles bridge and the Lesser Town. No bus transfer included.

Later in the afternoon, transfer by bus to the Prague Beer Festival where it is possible to taste many kinds of Czech beers and Czech culinary specialties, listen to music. Transfer back to the hotel. Guide included.
The Prague Beer Festival has its own currency, the "tolar" and you have to pay with it (1 tolar = 40 CZK = 1 beer). Our offer includes a consumption card per person worth 480 CZK.

DAY 2
Free time in the morning .
Lunch with beer and with an introduction to the Czech beer culture.
Afterwards follows the "Beer Game ". The group is divided in smaller teams. Each team gets tasks and instructions. During the game the teams will visit five famous pubs. At the end everyone meets in U Fleku for the last beer and for the results.
Transfer to the Strahov Monastery Brewery, Klasterni Pivovar, which has its own micro brewery and is famous for one of the best dark beers in Prague. In the restaurant the group has a good local dinner with plenty of homemade beer. Transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 3
Full day trip to two breweries outside Prague. The 1st stop is about two hours drive, it is the family brewery Chodovar : roundtrip of the brewery and lunch in their restaurant.
The second brewery is the famous Pilsner Urquell Brewery in Pilsen. Here the group sees how a large commercial brewery functions compared to a smaller family brewery. Tour of the brewery, museum and beer tasting. The day includes 300 km of driving.
Return to Prague in late afternoon and direct transfer to the airport.

City Centre is a popular tourist class hotel located in the heart of the Prague, surrounded by numerous possibilities for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Just across the square from the hotel are the famous sights of Municipal House and Powder Tower, the border of historical Prague. Next to the hotel is a large shopping centre Palladium. The hotel has 89 rooms, each equipped with a satellite television, telephone, room safe and bathroom with shower. There is a breakfast restaurant, 24-hour reception with exchange service, ticket and tour sale. Small pets are allowed in the hotel. Parking is possible in an underground garage 20 meters away.
